Barker Memorial Award

Description:
This award was established by the class of 1954 in memory of S. Gertrude Barker and Grace W. Barker, two educators who served for a combined total of over one hundred years, in the Plattsburgh High School and academy.

Eligibility:
The award is given to the student who attains the highest average in a foreign language over the course of his/her high school career.
